Ada-Europe General Assembly

The Ada-Europe General Assembly meets on Tuesday, from 18:30 to 19:30. The General Assembly is open to all participants.

The Ada-Europe board meets twice during the conference week:

Monday afternoon after the end of the tutorials, in the Yellow Room
Thursday afternoon after the closing of the conference in the Meeting Room at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna

The meeting of the ARG starts during the weekend at Hotel Duomo. It is concluded Monday morning, at the TeCIP institute, in the Grey Room.

The meeting of WG9 takes place Monday afternoon, at the TeCIP institute, in the Grey Room.

WG23 will meet Tuesday and Wednesday, co-located with the conference, in Aula 3 of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna.

The ITS-EASY workshop will take place in Aula 3 (Scuola Sant’Anna) on Thursday, and Grey Room (TeCIP) on Friday.
