Registration

Insite Registration (after April 9): during the conference and workshops, registration is only possible insite and will be subjected to an administrative fee of 50 EUR.

Cancellation Policy: The refund for any cancelled registration will be subjected to an administrative overhead fee of 50% of the total amount paid by March 18, 2018 (GMT-12). Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made after that day and time, and will only be issued at the discretion of the General Chairs depending on the conference finances.

Notes

i) Every accepted full paper (Conference and Workshop/Tutorial) requires at least one corresponding full registration associated to it by the camera ready submission deadline (even if it will be presented by a student).

ii) Every accepted paper for work-in-progress, brief presentation, poster, demo and PhD Forum sessions (Conference and Workshop/Tutorial) requires at least one corresponding registration of any type associated to it by the respective camera ready submission deadline.

iii) One registration can only cover one paper at most.

iv) If you wish to attend the conferences as well as the workshops/tutorials and competitions, you will need to register for
all categories that you will participate.

What is included

Conferences (April 11-13)

On the days of the event, full registration and student registration include access to all conference sessions, keynotes, competitions (observer), luncheons, coffee-breaks, social events, proceedings and a gift.

Workshops/Tutorials (April 10)

On the day of the event, full registration and student registration include access to the workshop/tutorial session of your choice, competitions (observer), luncheons, coffee-breaks, welcome cocktail, workshop proceedings/tutorial notes and a gift.

Competitions (April 10-11)

On the days of the event, competition registration (participant and observer) includes access to the competition of your choice, luncheons and coffee-breaks.
