Daniel Moreira received a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Porto - School of Engineering.
He completed his MSc in Telecommunications (in the same institute) with the Master thesis subject: Fast mobility support in low-power wireless networks - smart-HOP over RPL/6LoWPAN.
He has been working in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) with an emphasis in mobility management and hand-off mechanisms using commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) technologies to improve quality-of-service (QoS).
